Know What to Expect From Your First Dental Visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early, and we will welcome you with complimentary beverages and a conversation about your needs, concerns, and expectations. Dr. Chris Robertson or Dr. Amber Robertson will provide a comprehensive exam, oral cancer screening, low radiation digital X-Rays, and a cleaning when appropriate, then review your results, recommended next steps, and follow-up plan.

Your first visit is simple and stress-free. We start with a friendly welcome at the front desk, where our team will help you with any paperwork and answer your questions. From there, we’ll take low radiation digital X-Rays that give us a clear view of your oral health. Everything is explained along the way so you always know what’s happening and why.

Next, you’ll sit down with your doctor for a thorough exam and an honest conversation about your goals. We’ll review your imaging together, talk through what we see, and discuss your options clearly. Before you leave, you’ll have a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs, your timeline, and your budget. No pressure, no rush, just a clear path forward.

Dr. Chris Robertson

DDS

Dr. Chris Robertson earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences College of Dentistry and cares for patients of every age, from routine cleanings to implants, crowns, and sedation dentistry for anxious visitors. He builds each plan around your goals, schedule, and budget. Outside the office, he is an avid hiker and bird watcher who spends weekends with his daughters.

Dr. Amber Robertson

DDS

Dr. Amber Robertson graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s College of Dentistry after years of research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She leads our laser and implant care, from same-day CEREC crowns to TMJ relief. In her free time she enjoys pilates, hiking, and gardening with her daughters.
